About Perishable Logistics Alliance

Members of the Perishable Logistics Alliance are already part of the world's largest grouping of independent logistics professionals – the WCA Family which has 3404 member companies in 173 countries.

All Perishable Logistics Alliance members have special relationships within the transport industry ensuring a reliable and trouble free service guaranteeing time-definite procedures. In most countries our partners arrange priority freight and document cut-off times with the carriers and are able to provide extended booking windows with a solid carrier-recovery commitment. Our members can provide a full range of services including dedicated resources, whether for air or for ocean movement, with hygienic conditions in handling areas, full refrigeration facilities as well as temperature-controlled environments and full climate control to meet active or passive temperature needs.  Services such as temperature recording upon acceptance and at destination, providing cool trucks, environmentally controlled containers, dry ice and battery changes together with active shipment monitoring are readily available throughout the network.
