::A WORD FROM PERISHABLE LOGISTICS ALLIANCE ::

As of the last full day of August 2011 we have 53 confirmed participants for the first annual PLA Conference being held in Shanghai, China September 25th and 26th. Below is a world map of the current markets members are coming from. If you're a member and in a market that is not being represented you really need to consider attending. Each member of the PLA will have time to present an overview of their company to the conference attendees on the morning of the 25th. What better venue to highlight the services your company can perform, and too an audience of industry professionals all there to find workable relationships? This opportunity can help you define your place as a professional service provider of the PLA. If you have not registered and would like to attend, please contact Ms. Boe to help you register.

We have also completed a new search feature within the PLA website allowing you to search members based on their commodity specific experience. You will find six images at the top of the members directory that will link you to members that specialize in that given field. Hopefully, this will make it easier for you to find companies with services you need, and help companies searching for your services to find you. Please have a look and let me hear back from you with likes or dislikes. Also, let me know if we need to add your company to any of the other search fields.
